Is my TikTok Shop account safe?
You approve the connection inside TikTok Shop, so Riptide never sees your password. It asks for two permissions: your shop’s basic details and its orders. Riptide reads your paid orders. It does not change listings, buy labels, issue refunds or touch your LIVE. Labels, shipments and refunds stay in Seller Center, and you can disconnect from Riptide at any time.
Do I have to change how I sell or stream?
No. Keep listing in TikTok Shop and going LIVE the way you do now. Riptide reads the paid orders and builds the queue. If you use OBS or Streamlabs, add the overlay as a browser source. If you stream from your phone, share each buyer’s queue pass instead.
What does Riptide cost?
Nothing during early access: every Pro feature, including the TikTok Shop connection, with no card and no automatic charge. When paid plans open we will email you before anything changes, and you choose a plan or stop. After early access, the TikTok Shop connection is on Pro ($79 a month) and up. Starter ($29 a month) covers Shopify, CSV and manual orders.
When do TikTok Shop orders reach the queue?
As soon as TikTok Shop marks them ready to ship. TikTok holds new orders for a short cancellation window first; an order on hold waits outside the queue until TikTok releases it, so a cancelled order never takes a spot.
What does setup involve?
Create an account, approve the connection in TikTok Shop (or install the Shopify app), then follow the setup checklist. It ends with a practice buyer turn, so you see the queue work before your buyers do. Want help? Email support and we’ll walk through your first show with you.
Do I need OBS? What if I stream from my phone?
The overlay is a browser source for OBS or Streamlabs, in landscape or portrait. Riptide does not stream your show. If you stream from your phone, run the queue from Riptide in your phone’s browser and let buyers follow their queue pass instead of an overlay.
What kind of shows does Riptide run?
Personal Rip shows, the format TikTok Shop calls personal breaks: each buyer’s own packs or boxes are opened live and shipped to them. Team-based breaks aren’t supported yet.
Is Riptide part of TikTok?
No. Riptide is an independent company, Riptide Queue LLC. It is listed in the TikTok Shop Service Market for US sellers, and that listing is not an endorsement.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Disconnect from the Integrations page and Riptide stops reading your orders. Email support to export or delete your workspace. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.
Do I need Shopify or TikTok Shop?
Connect a US TikTok Shop or a Shopify store and paid orders sync on their own; Shopify also syncs your products. No store? CSV imports and manual orders work too.

Do my buyers need an account?
No. A queue pass is a private link that opens in any browser and shows the buyer their place in line.
Can buyers choose between ripped live and shipped sealed?
Yes. A TikTok Shop buyer message, a Shopify order note or cart attribute, or a product option named Rip or ship that says “rip live” or “ship sealed” routes the order. Sealed orders stay out of the live queue. Questions, quantities and mixed orders wait for your confirmation.
Can the queue stop taking orders on its own?
Set a cutoff per show: a number of minutes after you go live, or a set time. Riptide closes the queue at the cutoff even with the dashboard closed. Everyone already waiting keeps their place, late orders wait for your review, and you can stop early or reopen from the live view.
Can I buy shipping labels here?
No. Riptide prepares packing checklists and reuses delivery details and tracking your store already has. Buy postage where you do today; TikTok Shop labels stay in Seller Center.
How does Riptide calculate profit?
Revenue, what you paid for the product, fees, shipping and adjustments add up per show. Figures stay labeled as estimates until you reconcile them with your actual costs and payouts.
Do chases update while I am opening a pack?
The current opening keeps its saved raw-price ranking while you rip. Supported products use verified card pools; partial coverage and missing prices are labeled. For a mixed order, Riptide ranks the top three unique chases across the whole order. PSA 10 comparisons are separate from the raw ranking.
